1. Shipping Information

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

1.2 Delivery Times

• Standard delivery: 3–5 working days.
• Express delivery (if available): 1–2 working days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

1.3 Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery: Free for orders above £50.
• Orders below £50: Flat fee of £20.00.
• Express delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us in writing (email) before returning the goods.

2.2 Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Products that are unsealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care appliances) cannot be returned unless faulty.

2.3 Return Process

2. We will provide return instructions.
3. Ship the product back to our returns address:

2.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return or replacement at no extra cost.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To change a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
